Recently I set up a email service on my Mac Os Lion Server. The default webmail service is really ugly and I would like to change the layout.
How do I do that with having to subscribe to paid services such as gmail?

default in Lion is roundcube... it's one of the better looking webmail clients.
In 10.7 its a few versions behind, you could update it to the latet version which has a few improvments.
What exacty are you looking for?
Well I would like to have a layout such as we can se on the website of roundcube:
Would you know how I could install the new layout on my server?
And if not I would at least like to have my logo somewhere on the login screen.
